To create an account with LearningTigers, please proceed to Login at the top of the page and click Register Now. 

After filling the necessary details and click Register, a verification email will be sent to you to verify your email address (please check your junk mailbox also). Once your email is verified, you may go to your Profile and add Learner(s). When browsing for classes, you may enrol your learner(s) to the selected classes. 

You may go to Profile (under parent’s Dashboard) and scroll down. After About Me section, there is Learner’s Details where you can add or edit your learners.

You may add an amount to your Wallet from your Dashboard. Or you may select a class, add to your bag and add an amount to the Wallet while checking out. We use FPX online banking so there is no extra handling fee charge.

By subscribing to the classes, you will be reminded before the next payment is due. You need to ensure that there is sufficient amount in your Wallet to enable the system to auto-deduct for the following period of subscription.

Reminders will be sent 7 days before the next collection is due. When there is no sufficient amount in the Wallet for subsequent subscription, the class will be removed from your profile, and you will need to go to Find Classes and add the same class to your bag and checkout again (provided if there is still seats left). To subscribe to the classes, simply leave the subscription box checked during checkout.

The classes on the platform are conducted online. We are yet to have physical sessions but are looking to have options available for certain classes such as Taekwondo classes in Klang Valley. After all, one of the main purposes of our platform is to able to share resources and expertise from a concentrated area to wider communities nationwide, hence having online classes will contribute to that.

All interactive lessons are conducted live within this platform. You may navigate to My Classes on the Dashboard. The Join Class button will be clickable 15 minutes before the lesson starts.

Due to the protection of educators’ privacy, all communication must happen within the platform. Communication outside of the platform is not allowed.

To request for a trial lesson, click the class that you are interested in and go to the section under Classes Description. 

Look for a blue button “Request a Trial Lesson” and click it. You may add your learner to the class and the lesson will appear in your Dashboard. No payment is required.

If you have not logged in yet, you will be prompted to login.

If you do not have an account yet, you may create an account and register your learner. The trial lesson will be assigned to your learner.  

From time-to-time, we will offer free trial classes for new students. If the blue button is not visible, that means trial lesson is not available for the particular class that you are looking for.
