About me

Hello, I'm Teacher Audrey. My teaching journey, which began in 2018, has allowed me to work with students aged 7 to 25, ranging from primary school learners to secondary and diploma students. As an English instructor and lecturer at various institutions, I find joy in empowering students to push beyond their limits and embrace their unique strengths. With a background in TESL from Universiti Teknologi MARA and a Bachelor's in Education from Universiti Malaysia Sabah, I’m passionate about guiding students to their next level of achievement.

I've served as an English instructor at a University, a private tutor for Primary school students, and lectured on English and education courses on 2 different tertiary institution. My dedication to education spans diverse roles.

Before this, I taught at a national secondary school, where I was preparing students from Form 1 to Form 5 to excel in both English and Bahasa Melayu. During this time, I honed my classroom management skills, learning how to effectively engage students, maintain a positive and productive learning environment, and tailor my teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of each student.

For nearly 5 years, starting in 2018, my teaching journey has spanned diverse age groups, from 10 to 25 years old, syllabus ranging from primary to secondary and IGCSE. As of now, I'm a lecturer focused on Diploma students (18-25 years), my passion for teaching stems from empowering students to surpass their limits and recognizing the uniqueness in each one, guiding them to their next level of achievement.

I completed my secondary education at SMK Kolombong, achieving success in PMR and SPM. Furthering my studies, I pursued a Foundation in TESL at Universiti Teknologi MARA, followed by a Bachelor's in Education (TESL) at Universiti Malaysia Sabah. These experiences have equipped me with a solid educational foundation and a passion for teaching

In my free time I usually do gardening and planting. Other than that I also enjoy needlecraft such as crocheting and sewing.
