About Me

Hi, I’m a dedicated educator with a Bachelor of Education (Bahasa Melayu) and over two years of teaching experience in a government secondary school. I’ve also taught in kindergartens and tuition centres, supporting students from various levels including PT3 and SPM. With a background in SJKC and multilingual skills in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin, I aim to create engaging lessons that help students truly understand. I’m passionate about teaching and committed to supporting every learner’s progress.

I began my teaching journey in a kindergarten, where I developed a strong foundation in early childhood education. After completing my Bachelor of Education, I continued to grow my experience by working as a part-time tuition teacher at a local tuition centre, supporting students across various subjects.

After a year, I was offered a position as a full-time teacher in a government secondary school, where I further honed my teaching skills and classroom management. Through these diverse experiences, I have gained a deep understanding of student needs at different learning stages and remain committed to creating engaging, supportive, and effective learning environments.

I have over two years of teaching experience in a government secondary school. My primary role involves preparing students for national exams such as PT3 and SPM, with a focus on building their understanding and confidence in the subject matter.

My teaching journey began in a kindergarten, where I developed a passion for helping students learn through patience and encouragement. I later worked as a part-time tuition teacher, supporting learners in small group settings. These experiences have shaped my approach to teaching — I strive to make lessons clear, engaging, and tailored to each student's level of understanding.

I truly enjoy teaching and take pride in helping students grasp concepts more effectively, ultimately aiming to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

I hold a Bachelor of Education (Bahasa Melayu) with a CGPA of 3.50. Prior to my degree, I completed the STPM, SPM, PT3, and UPSR examinations, giving me a strong academic foundation and a well-rounded understanding of the Malaysian education system.

From kindergarten through Primary 6, I studied at a SJKC (Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina), which has allowed me to develop proficiency in Mandarin alongside Bahasa Melayu and English. This multilingual background helps me communicate effectively with students and parents from diverse language backgrounds.

In my free time, I enjoy reading and dancing. Reading allows me to continuously expand my knowledge, especially in areas related to teaching strategies and student engagement. I find it helpful for discovering new ideas and techniques to better support my students' learning. Dancing, on the other hand, helps me stay active and express creativity, which I believe brings positive energy into the classroom.
