Congratulations! When you are at this stage, most likely it means that you have successfully enrolled your learner(s) or yourself in at least one online class.
This is how you can attend the classes that you have enrolled in under your Parent’s Dashboard.
Step by Step:
1. As a parent, you will be at the Parent’s Dashboard once you login.
Note:
If you are also a teacher or educator, you can toggle to the Parent’s Dashboard by clicking View as a Parent.
2. On top of the Dashboard page, please click My Classes.
3. You will see the class that you have enrolled on the display. Click the Name for the class that you want to attend.
4. On the Class Details page, kindly scroll down and you will see the lessons for this class. You may view if there is any material uploaded by the teacher by clicking View Material.
5. Click Join Class to attend the class. Please note that this button is only clickable 15 minutes before the class scheduled day and time.
Note:
If there is no response after clicking Join Class, please kindly check your pop-up blocker. Please turn off the pop-up blocker. You may refer to this article on how to disable pop-up blockers.
