About me

I am an experienced and dedicated educator with seven years of teaching expertise, specializing in online instruction for students across China, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. I bring over four years of professional experience across diverse roles in customer service, sales, HR, and administrative support. I've worked with renowned companies like Haband, 1-800-Flowers, T-Mobile, and AT&T, honing my skills in delivering exceptional service, resolving complex issues with empathy, and tailoring solutions for a wide range of clients. My background also includes roles as a Social Media Manager and Executive Assistant, where I demonstrated strong organizational abilities, creativity, and effective communication. This breadth of experience has equipped me to excel in fast-paced environments and contribute meaningfully to team success.

I teach students from China, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam through online platforms. My students range from young learners to adults, and I specialize in various lessons, including IELTS, CAMBRIDGE, and TOEFL preparation.
I love teaching because it allows me to make a meaningful impact on my students' lives by helping them achieve their goals. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and confidence as they improve their skills and understanding. Teaching also gives me the opportunity to connect with people from diverse cultures, which broadens my perspective and enriches my life.

I took up Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English. My academic journey enhances my communication skills and deepens my understanding of diverse perspectives, which I effectively apply in professional settings.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, especially books that expand my knowledge and understanding of different cultures and languages. I also love exploring new places, which allows me to learn about different customs and traditions. Additionally, I enjoy writing, whether it's creative or reflective journaling, as it helps me express my thoughts and ideas. Staying active through fitness activities and spending time with family and friends are also important to me, as they keep me grounded and energized.
